In-person workshop
AI 101, then Claude, ChatGPT, and Lovable.
One room, your people, our forward-deployed educators — a three-hour Friday session, mornings 9–12 or afternoons 2–5. We start with the vocabulary, then work through Claude, ChatGPT, and Lovable, build something real, and end by sharing it.
- LessonChapter 01
AI 101 — the vocabulary first
What an LLM actually is, tokens, context windows, models, and hallucination. The shared vocabulary your team needs before any tool makes sense — so nobody evaluates something while half the sentence is jargon.
- LessonChapter 02
Claude — precision and memory
Long documents, careful writing, and Projects with memory. Where precision and tone matter more than speed: drafting, redlining, and working with context that persists across a conversation.
- LessonChapter 03
ChatGPT — the general-purpose assistant
Drafting, analysis, and code — the default most people reach for, used well. The right prompt structure, smart follow-ups, and the judgment to know when it’s the right tool for the job and when it isn’t.
- LessonChapter 04
Lovable — vibe coding, the right way
How software actually comes together — front end, backend, data, APIs — and a guided session with Lovable: describe a small app in plain language, watch it generate, and learn to steer a builder toward something usable.
- Build
Build — the hackathon
The workshop stops being watching and starts being work you keep. Attendees pick a real problem and build a small internal tool — a form, a tracker, a workflow — with AI in the loop and our forward-deployed educators circulating.
- Share-out
Share-out — what we built
Everyone shows the group what they made: the prompt, the tool, the output, and what surprised them. The day ends with each person leaving with something real, not just notes.
